Hispano-Palestinian and Arab communities in Spain, the Spanish civil society organizations and the Palestinian Youth Network with its global representation, strongly condemn the slaughter being committed today against the Palestinian civilian population in Gaza in the framework of systematic strategy of destruction against the Palestinian people and their infrastructures for basic survival.
Our people are paying with their blood as a price for their determination to resist with dignity in the face of the occupation, blockade and closure.
We appeal to the Spanish Government, the international community, the Security Council of the United Nations and the European Union for urgent action to compel the State of Israel to put an end to this indiscriminate attack against the Palestinian civilian population, according to international legality.
Since the start of the attacks and as an initiative of the Asociacion Hispano-Palestinian (Jerusalem) and the Palestinian Youth Network and with the participation of the Spanish civil society organizations supporting the Palestinian struggle, we organized a permanent strike at the Hispano-Palestinian Association (Jerusalem).
And so, we appeal to all civil society in Spain to join us tomorrow at 12:00 pm in a concentration at the Israeli Embassy in Madrid. Also we call on solidarity activists worldwide organize similar actions.
